General Warranty Terms
1. The company will not be responsible for damage caused by accidents, improper use, testing, demonstrations, maintenance, installation, inappropriate adjustments or modifications, errors, or negligence resulting from misunderstanding.
2. The company will not be responsible for damage caused by malfunction or abnormal operation due to liquid or food spills on the product, sweat entering the machine, or natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or use of incorrect voltage. This includes normal wear and tear according to usage lifespan, tears, corrosion, rust, stains, and damage from animals and insects, scratches, and damage to surfaces and external components caused by customer use.
3. The company will not be responsible for claims for damage or missing parts after 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. The company will not be responsible for damage caused by any component replaced with non-approved parts or endorsed by the company, or products that have been disassembled or repaired by anyone other than company employees or authorized service centers.
5. If the warranty sticker, warranty card, or product serial number is torn, altered, erased, peeled off, crossed out, or destroyed, the warranty will be considered void in all cases.
Additional Warranty Terms for Customers Installing the Product Themselves
1. Customers who order the product for self-installation must send it back to the company at their own shipping cost if there are any issues.
2. Within the first 7 days from the date of purchase, if there are any problems, the store will replace it with a new product, provided the product condition, packaging, box, and all contents are in perfect and complete condition.
3. If inspection reveals damage caused by improper self-installation, disassembly of parts, or incomplete components, the company will deny the warranty.
4. If there are any problems, the customer must send the product back to the store for inspection. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If inspection shows normal operation, the customer pays for shipping. If damage is confirmed, the company will repair it and cover return shipping up to 200 baht.
5. If inspection reveals damage from any condition listed in the warranty exceptions that can be repaired by the company, the customer must pay for parts used. Inspection and return will be completed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends).
