General Warranty Terms
1. The company will not accept liability for damage caused by accidents, misuse, testing, demonstrations, maintenance, installation, improper adjustment or modification, errors, or negligence causing misunderstanding
2. The company will not accept liability for damage caused by liquid or food spillage on the product, perspiration entering the device, or natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or use of voltage different from company specifications, normal wear and tear according to usage life and tears, corrosion, rust, or stains, and damage from animals and insects, scratches and damage occurring on surfaces and external components from customer use
3. The company will not accept liability for damage claims or missing components after 7 days from purchase date
4. The company will not accept liability for any component replaced with non-distributed parts or unapproved by the company, or products that have been disassembled or repaired by any employee not employed by the company or authorized service center
5. If the warranty sticker, product warranty card, or product serial number is torn, altered, erased, peeled off, crossed out, or destroyed, the warranty will be considered terminated in all cases
Additional Warranty Terms for customers who purchase and install products themselves
1. Customers who order products for self-installation must return products to the company if there are problems, with return shipping paid by the buyer
2. Within the first 7 days from purchase date, if there are product problems, the store will replace with a new product, but the product condition, packaging, box, and contents must be complete and intact
3. If inspection shows the product is damaged due to improper customer installation, parts disassembly, or incomplete equipment, the company must reject the warranty
4. If the device has problems, customers must send it back to the store for inspection. For repair shipments, customers must pay the return shipping cost to the company. If inspection shows the product works normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, but if the product is actually damaged, it will be repaired and returned by the company who will pay for return shipping up to 200 baht
5. If inspection shows the product is damaged from any of the warranty exclusion conditions that the company can replace parts, the customer must pay for actual parts used, with inspection and return within 3-10 business days (excluding Saturday-Sunday)
