Installation Service Conditions
1. The stated price includes 7% VAT
2. This price does not include annual inspection and cleaning service after installation
3. On the installation date, the owner must be present or appoint a representative who has decision-making authority equivalent to the owner
4. If there are legal entities or specific area regulations requiring deposit with such entities, the customer must arrange coordination
5. The customer must prepare the product and work site ready for installation
6. The company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht if the work site cannot be installed / customer reschedules without prior notice / cannot be reached
7. If there are parking fees at the installation site, the company will charge additional costs
8. The technician will confirm the installation appointment by phone 2 days in advance and call 1 hour before arriving. Products must be delivered to the customer's address at least 1 day prior
9. If the customer confirms the work site is ready for installation (no survey needed) but upon arrival the technician finds the site is not ready, or the customer cancels on the work day, the company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht per instance
10. The company reserves the right to provide installation services in remote or dangerous areas, with customers receiving installation fee discounts according to company conditions
11. Permission to photograph the work site for service confirmation purposes
Installation Equipment Requirements
1. Electrical wiring and pipes will be installed with exposed routing
2. Standard installation equipment is provided by the company only for actual usage
3. For additional equipment purchased by the customer separately, labor charge is 50% of the equipment price
4. For non-standard equipment included with the product and used for installation, no labor charge is applied. The price of equipment exceeding the above standard is inclusive of VAT
