General Warranty Terms
1. The company shall not be responsible for damage caused by accidents, improper use, experiments, demonstrations, maintenance, installation, improper adjustments or modifications, or errors or negligence resulting in misunderstandings.
2. The company shall not be responsible for damage caused by defects, malfunctions resulting from spilled liquids or food on the product, sweat entering the machine, or natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or use of incorrect voltage. General wear and tear according to product lifespan and tears, corrosion, rust, or stains are not covered. Damage from animal or insect bites, scratches, and damage to the surface and external components resulting from customer use are also excluded.
3. The company shall not be responsible for damage claims or missing components after 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. The company shall not be responsible for damage from any component replaced with non-approved parts or products that have been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized personnel or non-approved service centers.
5. If the warranty sticker, product warranty card, or product serial number is torn, altered, erased, lost, crossed out, or destroyed, the warranty shall be terminated in any case.
Additional Warranty Terms for Customers Who Install the Product Themselves
1. Customers who order the product for self-installation are responsible for shipping costs if the unit has issues.
2. Within the first 7 days from the date of purchase, if there are any problems, the store will replace the product with a new unit, provided that the product condition, packaging, box, and contents are in perfect and complete condition.
3. If inspection reveals that the product is damaged due to improper self-installation, disassembly of parts, or incomplete equipment, the company must deny the warranty.
4. If the unit has problems, customers must send it back to the store for inspection. Customers bear the cost of returning the product to the company. If inspection shows the product works normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. However, if the product is actually damaged, it will be repaired and returned by the company, which will cover return shipping costs up to 200 Baht.
5. If inspection shows damage from any of the warranty exclusion conditions and the company can replace parts, the customer must pay for the parts used. Inspection and return processing takes 3-10 business days (excluding weekends).
