Installation Service Conditions
1. The stated price includes 7% Value Added Tax
2. This price does not include annual check-up and cleaning service after installation
3. On the installation date, the employer must be present at the work site and/or appoint a representative, who shall be deemed as having authority equivalent to the employer
4. In cases where there are juristic persons or specific area regulations, or if a deposit is required with the juristic person, the customer must arrange the coordination
5. Customer must prepare the product and work site ready for installation
6. The company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht in cases where the work site cannot be installed / customer postpones without prior notice / unable to contact
7. In cases where the installation location has parking charges, the company will request to collect additional expenses
8. The technician will confirm the installation appointment 2 days in advance and call 1 hour before arriving at the work site, and the product must be delivered to the customer's home at least 1 day in advance
9. In case the customer informs that the work site is ready for installation (no survey), but when the technician arrives and it appears the work site is not ready for installation or cancels on the work day, the company will charge the customer a travel fee of 300 baht/time
10. The company reserves the right to provide installation service in remote or dangerous areas, with customers receiving installation discounts according to company conditions
11. Permission to take photos of the work site for verification of service delivery
Installation Equipment Specifications
1. Electrical wiring and piping will be installed as exposed
2. Standard installation equipment is provided by the company only for actual usage
3. In case of excess equipment purchased by the customer, labor charge is 50% of that equipment's price
4. In case of non-standard equipment included with the product and used for installation, no labor charge is applied; the price of excess non-standard equipment above is the price including Value Added Tax
