WARRANTY
1. Damage resulting from improper use of the product, not following procedures, instructions, warnings, or precautions; lack of proper maintenance; dropping; improper storage; or negligence, whether accidental or intentional. This includes any other cases where the company determines that the product has not been maintained with the care that an ordinary person would exercise in maintaining a product of the same type.
2. Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, fire, flooding, natural disasters, electrical surge or power failure, and damage during transportation.
3. Normal wear and tear according to the product's service life, or damage resulting from continuous use beyond what is specified in the manual.
4. Damage caused by animals or insects.
5. Products that have been repaired, modified, or disassembled by another party, or used in combination with other equipment without approval from Venz.
6. Failure to present warranty documentation from the company on the date of service request, repair, or modification, including any additional modifications made to the product.
7. Registered information in the system is false.
8. This warranty is valid only within the territory of Thailand.
9. Warranty registration does not serve as proof of ownership. Ownership rights are governed by applicable law.
10. The company reserves the right not to register warranty coverage for you in all cases.
