General Warranty Terms
1. The company will not be liable for damage caused by accidents, misuse, testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, improper adjustment or modification, error, or negligence resulting in misunderstanding
2. The company will not be liable for damage or malfunction caused by liquid or food spillage on the product, perspiration entering the unit, natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquake, or use of different voltage than specified by the company. Normal wear and tear, breakage, corrosion, rust, stains, damage from animals and insects, scratches, and damage to surfaces and external components caused by customer use are excluded
3. The company will not be liable for claims of damage or missing components after 7 days from the date of purchase
4. The company will not be liable for damage caused by any component replaced with non-approved parts or products that have been disassembled or serviced by unauthorized personnel or non-designated service centers
5. If the warranty sticker, warranty card, or product serial number is torn, altered, erased, faded, crossed out, or destroyed, the warranty will be void regardless of circumstances
Additional Warranty Terms for Customers Who Install Products Themselves
1. Customers who order products for self-installation: If the unit has problems, they must return it to the company. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
2. Within the first 7 days from purchase date, if the product has problems, the store will replace it with a new one, provided the product condition, packaging, box, and all internal components are in perfect and complete condition
3. If inspection reveals product damage due to improper self-installation, parts disassembly, or incomplete components, the company must deny warranty coverage
4. If the unit has problems, customers must return it to the store for inspection. Customers must pay for return shipping. If inspection finds the product works normally, customers are responsible for shipping costs. If the product is indeed damaged, the company will repair it and cover return shipping costs up to 200 baht
5. If inspection reveals damage from any of the warranty exclusion conditions listed, and the company can replace parts, customers must pay for the parts used. Inspection, repair, and return will be completed within 3-10 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
