General Warranty Terms
1. The company will not accept liability for damage caused by accidents, improper use, trials, demonstrations, maintenance, installation, improper adjustments or modifications, mistakes, or negligence resulting in misunderstanding
2. The company will not accept liability for damage caused by fluid or food spills on the product, sweat penetration into the machine, or natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or use of voltage different from the company's specifications; normal wear and tear according to product life; tears, corrosion, rust, or stains; damage from animals and insects; scratches and damage to the surface and external components caused by customer use
3. The company will not accept claims for damage or missing components after 7 days from the date of product purchase
4. The company will not accept liability for damage caused by any component replaced with non-authorized parts or approved by our company, or products that have been disassembled or repaired by any employee other than our company employees or authorized service centers
5. If the warranty sticker, warranty card, or product serial number is torn, altered, erased, lost, crossed out, or destroyed, the warranty shall be considered terminated under any circumstances
Additional Warranty Terms for Customers Who Install the Product Themselves
1. Customers who order the product for self-installation must send the product back to the company if there is a problem; the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
2. Within the first 7 days from the purchase date, if the product has a problem, the store will replace it with a new one, but the product condition, packaging, box, and all included items must be in perfect and complete condition
3. If inspection shows that the product is damaged due to improper self-installation by the customer, disassembly of parts, or incomplete accessories, the company must reject the warranty claim
4. If the machine has a problem, the customer must send the product back to the store for inspection. For repair products, the customer must pay for the return shipping cost to the company. If inspection shows the product functions normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs; if the product is genuinely damaged, it will be repaired and returned with the company responsible for the actual shipping cost, not exceeding 200 baht
5. If inspection shows damage from any of the warranty exceptions that the company can replace parts for, the customer must pay for the actual parts used, with inspection and return within 3-10 business days (excluding Saturday-Sunday)
