Descaling
Electric kettles should be descaled regularly using commercially available descaling solutions sold in the market and following the instructions on the product packaging, or use white vinegar and follow the instructions below
1. Fill with 0.6 cups (6 oz) of white vinegar, then add clean water to fill the kettle. Leave overnight.
2. Pour out the vinegar and refill with clean water to the top. Boil and discard the water. Repeat the process until the vinegar smell fades away. Any remaining stains inside the spout can be removed by wiping with a damp cloth wrung out well.
Precaution: Descaling should be performed strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions and do not use sharp objects or attempt to scrape off scale deposits under any circumstances to prevent damage to the internal surface.
Note: After using the electric kettle for a period of time, scale buildup inside may occur, which is normal and not harmful to health. If the amount is significant, it may affect operating performance.
