General Warranty Terms
1. The company will not be liable for damage caused by accident, improper use, experimentation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, improper adjustment or alteration, error, or negligence resulting in misunderstanding.
2. The company will not be liable for damage or malfunction caused by liquid or food spillage on the product, sweat entering the device, or natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or use of voltage different from company specifications; normal wear and tear, tearing, corrosion, rust, staining, and damage from animal and insect bites; scratches and damage to surfaces and external components resulting from customer use.
3. The company will not be liable for claims or missing components after 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. The company will not be liable for any component replaced with non-authorized parts or approved by the company, or products from which components have been removed or repaired by employees other than company employees or authorized service centers.
5. If the warranty sticker, product warranty card, or product serial number is torn, altered, erased, detached, crossed out, or destroyed, the warranty will be considered terminated in all cases.
Additional Warranty Terms for Customers Who Install the Product Themselves
1. Customers who order the product for self-installation must return the product to the company at their own shipping expense if there is a problem.
2. Within the first 7 days from the date of purchase, if the product has a problem, the store will replace it with a new one, provided that the condition of the product, packaging, box, and all accessories inside are in perfect and complete condition.
3. If inspection reveals that the product is damaged due to improper self-installation, disassembly of components, or incomplete accessories, the company must deny the warranty.
4. If the device has a problem, the customer must return the product to the store for inspection. The customer must pay for shipping the repaired product back to the company. If inspection confirms the product works normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the product is indeed damaged, the company will repair and return it, with the company responsible for shipping costs not exceeding 200 baht.
5. If inspection reveals product damage from any of the warranty exclusion conditions where the company can replace components, the customer must pay for the components used at actual cost, with inspection and return within 3-10 business days (excluding Saturday-Sunday)
