General Warranty Terms
1. The company will not accept liability for damage caused by accidents, improper use, testing, demonstrations, maintenance, installation, improper adjustments or modifications, errors, or negligence resulting from misunderstanding.
2. The company will not accept liability for damage caused by defects, malfunctions, or abnormal operation resulting from liquid or food spills on the product, perspiration entering the device, or natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or use of voltage different from company specifications. General wear and tear according to service life, tearing, corrosion, rust, stains, damage from animals and insects, scratches, and damage to surfaces and external components caused by customer use are not covered.
3. The company will not accept liability for claims of damage or missing components after 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. The company will not accept liability for any components replaced with non-approved parts or for products that have been disassembled or repaired by anyone other than company employees or authorized service centers.
5. If the warranty sticker, warranty card, or product serial number is torn, altered, erased, detached, crossed out, or destroyed, the warranty will be considered void under all circumstances.
Additional Warranty Terms for Customers Who Self-Install
1. Customers who self-install are responsible for return shipping costs if the unit has problems.
2. Within the first 7 days from purchase date, if there are issues, the store will replace the product with a new one, provided the product condition, packaging, box, and all included accessories are in perfect and complete condition.
3. If inspection reveals the product was damaged due to improper customer installation, component disassembly, or incomplete accessories, the company will deny the warranty.
4. If there are problems, customers must return the product to the store for inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If inspection shows the product works normally, the customer bears the shipping cost. If damage is confirmed, the company will repair and return it, with the company covering return shipping up to 200 baht.
5. If inspection confirms damage from any warranty exclusion that can be repaired with replacement parts, the customer must pay for the actual parts cost. Inspection and return will be completed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends).
