General Warranty Terms
1. The company will not be responsible for damage caused by accidents, improper use, testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or improper modification, errors, or carelessness resulting in misunderstanding.
2. The company will not be responsible for damage, malfunction, or improper operation caused by liquid or food spills, perspiration entering the device, or natural disasters such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or use of voltage different from the company's specifications; general wear and tear according to service life and tears; corrosion, rust, or stains; and damage from animals and insects; scratches and damage to the surface and external parts caused by customer use.
3. The company will not be responsible for damage claims or missing components after 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. The company will not be responsible for damage caused by any components replaced with non-authorized parts, or approved by our company, or products that have had parts removed or have been repaired by any employee other than our company employees or authorized service centers.
5. If the warranty sticker, product warranty card, or product serial number is torn, altered, erased, lost, struck out, or destroyed, the warranty will be considered terminated in any case.
Additional Warranty Terms for Customers Who Install the Product Themselves
1. Customers who order products for self-installation: if the device has problems, they must return the product to the company; shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
2. Within the first 7 days from the purchase date, if the product has problems, the store will replace it with a new one, but the product condition, package, packaging box, and contents must be in complete and intact condition only.
3. If inspection reveals that the product is damaged due to improper self-installation by the customer, dismantling of parts, or incomplete components, the company will have to reject the warranty.
4. If the device has problems, the customer must return the product to the store for inspection. For repair products, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to the company. If inspection finds that the product works normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. However, if the product is indeed damaged, repair will be performed and the company will be responsible for return shipping costs, not exceeding 200 baht.
5. If inspection reveals that the product is damaged from any of the exclusions listed in the warranty exceptions that the company can replace parts, the customer must pay for the parts used according to actual cost, with an inspection and return period of 3-10 business days (excluding Saturday-Sunday)
